My Teacher Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGH IJFF FFBK LMFN OOAF

Who taught me how to readA
So fluently like a grammarianB
Who watched me closely like a guardC
Until I became a great scholarD
-
When I was in my tender ageE
Who held my little naive handsF
And trained them like a soldier to writeG
Now I can write proficientlyH
-
Who stood beside my school deskI
And watched me carefully like a mentorJ
Who made sure I did all my homeworksF
And came out with good gradesF
-
Oh Her painful lashesF
How can I forget her painful lashesF
The indelible lashes of correctionB
Which brought me to normalcy when I derailedK
-
How can I forget her commitmentL
Her punctualness to workM
Her diligence to serviceF
Who made me what I am todayN
-
I pray that God with you will beO
And keep you wherever you may beO
To see more glorious days aheadA
And make your efforts on me wastelessF
