'Whar sall we gang and dine the day ' | C |

And naebody kens that he lies there | F |
But his hawk his hound and his lady fair | F |

So we may mak our dinner sweet | I |

'Ye'll sit on his white hause bane | A |
And I'll pike out his bonny blue e'en | A |
Wi' ae lock o' his gowden hair | F |
We'll theek our nest when it grows bare | F |

'Mony a one for him maks mane | A |

O'er his white banes when they are bare | F |
