Death'(aesch., Fr., 156.) Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACCACA DEFGDE

Of all Gods Death aloneA
Disdaineth sacrificeB
No man hath found or shownA
The gift that Death would prizeC
In vain are songs or sighsC
Paaen or praise or moanA
Alone beneath the skiesC
Hath Death no altar stoneA
-
There is no head so dearD
That men would grudge to DeathE
Let Death but ask we giveF
All gifts that we may liveG
But though Death dwells so nearD
We know not what he saithE
