| Countless lice eggs in their hair with dirty nauseating unwashed clothes | O |
| It's such a sin they might have committed | P |
| Blood red eyes and dirty coiled hair | Q |
| In their place they are always aware | Q |
| Pondering and afraid of what the next day will bring | G |

| For living a life as they have tested | P |

Poet's note: I wrote the poem based on a true story about the lives of karamojongs, these are a group of people leaving in the north eastern part of Uganda in East Africa. it is only poverty, bad feeding, mulnourishment, death and drought that can describe the people in Karamoja.
