A weary journey uphill it was,
Bottlenecks, setbacks to drag back,
But in each one of them was a means,
To bounce back and get on track.

Whenever the dark times got darker,
And the faith was another flicker,
God, family and friends I'd run towards--
The 3 pillars of an eternal success.

As I zip up my gown and throw up the hat,
I feel a crown on my head.
A beautiful evolution is a radiant light,
That in me will always stay kindled.

Today's transition is the manifestation,
Of all the relentless work and perseverance,
As I feel the warmth of every congratulation,
From my heart I say many many thanks.
