Mutual Vows Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDBB

My dear he said observe this frightful billA
Run up I think you'll own against my willA
If you will recollect our wedding dayB
You vowed on that occasion to obeyB
I do recall the day said she and howC
Me with your worldly goods you did endowC
That he replied is palpably absurdD
You mean you did not mean to keep your wordD
O yes he answered in a general wayB
And that said she is how I meant obeyB
