A School Glorified Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFE GHIJIKKI ILKIMINI IHOPIQRISIT

Six years on footA
Through far and hurdling paths like wildernessB
My secondary learning rootC
Which taught me to taste and endure bitternessB
Oh my brain of rational thoughtsD
In the mornings it felt cold but freshE
And in the noons hot but full of competenceF
Yet I in wisdom remained afreshE
-
My shirt white was not as it wasG
The trousers blue black could hardly its colour surviveH
Of them were made other fashionsI
And the prescribed white shoes to serveJ
Pedestrianizing both on rocky roads and tarsI
Loosing its first fine form graduallyK
I should always to say thanks and sorryK
We Trinitarians were a mere picture of the colonial missionariesI
-
-
In school we lunched our booksI
As we were often empty in pocketL
We would go hungry and return angryK
Battled we with school's ups and downsI
Nothing to better to eatM
But either drank groceriesI
Or fill our stomachs with water from the bloody tapN
Those days were best but not happiest to usI
-
-
The school Holy Trinity would never be the weak'sI
For only the strongest could surviveH
Some would exit or fall outO
It'd always be the bestP
Entity of extreme excellenceI
All boys sound and brimmedQ
Catapult of coiling characterR
All boys virtuous and righteousI
Today we are proud alumniS
Eligible to rendering to our country servicesI
To prove that we did learn from the schoolT
