Vivien Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBACDDDDEADFA

Her eyes under their lashes were blue poolsA
Fringed round with lilies her bright hair unfurledB
Clothed her as sunshine clothes the summer worldB
Her robes were gauzes gold and green and gulesA
All furry things flocked round her from her handC
Nibbling their foods and fawning at her feetD
Two peacocks watched her where she made her seatD
Beside a fountain in BroceliandeD
Sometimes she sang Whoever heard forgotD
Errand and aim and knights at noontide hereE
Riding from fabulous gestes beyond the seasA
Would follow tranced and seek and find her notD
But wake that night lost by some woodland mereF
Powdered with stars and rimmed with silent treesA
