That Sunflower Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGFHIJJJKLKMKDK GNODPQRQSTJT

As that gentle wind blowsA
With teardrops falling from the skyB
As life becomes slowC
She tries to forget those liesD
She looks at that sunflowerE
It s ever so brightF
And even though it s cheerful through the dayG
It closes its petals at nightF
Its stalk is thinH
But it looks so sleekI
It sprouts its head up in the airJ
And it looks at her with a fixed glareJ
The flower is a burnt orange colourJ
And it s not afraid to stand tallK
Yet when you look at itL
It s seems like it s about to fallK
But the wind cares for noneM
No one at allK
For as hard as the flower triesD
It isn t able to stand tallK
The wreathing winds make wayG
Leaving the flower fighting for lifeN
The wind isn t mercifulO
And eventually the flower diesD
It s mysteriousP
That although the flower could have quit it still went onQ
For life is about feeling the painR
And having the courage to fight onQ
It s sad for the flower tried all it couldS
Yet the wind tore it apartT
Several things died with that flowerJ
But what perished most was that young and brave heartT
