Rhyme Scheme: AABB CCDD EEFF| I miss the days when we were in class | A |
| And we could learn from the teachers who would pass | A |
| Their knowledge on to us with care and grace | B |
| And we could ask them questions face to face | B |

| But now we're stuck at home with screens as our guide | C |
| And it's hard to feel connected with the world so wide | C |
| I miss the way they'd smile and laugh with us | D |
| And the way they'd help us when we made a fuss | D |

| So let's remember all the good times we had | E |
| And the things we learned from the teachers who were glad | E |
| To share their wisdom with us every day | F |
| And to help us become the best we can be in every way | F |
