I miss the days when we were in class,
And we could learn from the teachers who would pass,
Their knowledge on to us, with care and grace,
And we could ask them questions face to face.
But now we're stuck at home, with screens as our guide,
And it's hard to feel connected, with the world so wide.
I miss the way they'd smile and laugh with us,
And the way they'd help us when we made a fuss.
So let's remember all the good times we had,
And the things we learned from the teachers who were glad,
To share their wisdom with us, every day,
And to help us become the best we can be, in every way.
