Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGH IJCKLM NOPQPQ

The dried foliage left the boughsA
Just like the aqua crawled her jawsB
Down they both wentC
Deeper than I layD
She gave me rosesE
Whiter than the cloudsF
And a letter of lossG
Plaited in sheathH

She saidI
It's been years I've seen thy faceJ
Oh How thou miss the time we've spentC
Alleyways and corridors pastK
We ran your hand in mineL

Thy's heart is yoursO
Forever in eternityP
I'll hold your handQ
Whenever you need meP

Poet's note: It's about two lovers. One soul has left the world two years ago and left the other reminiscing their past- the happy moments cherished and how those times are being missed now. It seems that although they're not physically together, but ethreality keeps them eternally entwined.
