When We Were YoungA
And i guess that wasn't quite longB
Crying was an habit we all grewC
we talked to cats and we knewC
How to jump at flying planeD
we go falling round happy and insaneD
We go hide and seek hide and seekE
Good was every friday it ended the weekE
At church we'd danced the choir's songB
Do you remember when we were youngA
-
You remember when we were twoC
dragging away our mommas' shoesF
Checking out our fits in her dressG
We made much stains and sticky messG
Talked much nonsense when we were wrongB
one may say it because we were youngA
we turned to grow naughty bonesH
Climbing trees and throwing stonesH
Boys comes building up house of ashesI
Girls goes cooking up pack of trashesJ
-
Together we cut shared our ice coldK
we never worried about growing oldK
we were too lazy to read our writingsL
we had no good care for everythingM
Victor knew Mine was to play footballN
I and Tobi always desired it afterallO
To be the best star we could beP
Flying our jersey like those in tvP
but all our dreams faded awayQ
we traded them for another by the wayQ
-
Now ourselves have changedR
And things left behind look strangeS
we have lost the memories of eventsT
the real beauty of places we wentU
When we let our legs to kiss of the seaP
When we climbed the park sliding freeP
they are what we talk now if we meetV
Or cry hard about in our secretW
as we watch our old photos one by oneX
Because some of us feels we are now aloneY
