| Thy sweetness is so much within me placed | I |
| That shouldst thou nectar give 'twould spoil the taste | I |
| Beauty at first moves wonder and delight | J |
| 'Tis Nature's juggling trick to cheat the sight | J |
| We admire it whilst unknown but after more | K |
| Admire ourselves for liking it before | K |
| Love like a greedy hawk if we give way | H |
| Does overgorge himself with his own prey | H |
| Of very hopes a surfeit he'll sustain | L |
| Unless by fears he cast them up again | M |
| His spirit and sweetness dangers keep alone | N |
| If once he lose his sting he grows a drone | N |
