Wildpeace Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAACDEFGHIJKLMNO PQRQ

Not the peace of a cease fireA
not even the vision of the wolf and the lambB
but ratherA
as in the heart when the excitement is overA
and you can talk only about a great wearinessC
I know that I know how to kill that makes me an adultD
And my son plays with a toy gun that knowsE
how to open and close its eyes and say MamaF
A peaceG
without the big noise of beating swords into ploughsharesH
without words withoutI
the thud of the heavy rubber stamp let it beJ
light floating like lazy white foamK
A little rest for the wounds who speaks of healingL
And the howl of the orphans is passed from one generationM
to the next as in a relay raceN
the baton never fallsO
-
Let it comeP
like wildflowersQ
suddenly because the fieldR
must have it wildpeaceQ
