The Diameter Of The Bomb Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDEFAGHGCIJK

The diameter of the bomb was thirty centimetersA
and the diameter of its effective range about seven metersA
with four dead and eleven woundedB
And around these in a larger circleC
of pain and time two hospitals are scatteredD
and one graveyard But the young womanE
who was buried in the city she came fromF
at a distance of more than a hundred kilometersA
enlarges the circle considerablyG
and the solitary man mourning her deathH
at the distant shores of a country far across the seaG
includes the entire world in the circleC
And I won't even mention the crying of orphansI
that reaches up to the throne of God andJ
beyond making a circle with no end and no GodK
