I Don't Know If History Repeats Itself Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AB CDEF GHIJ KFLAM

I don't Know if history repeats itselfA
But I do know that you don'tB
-
I remember that city was dividedC
Not only between Jews and ArabsD
But Between me and youE
When we were there togetherF
-
We made ourselves a womb of dangersG
We built ourselves a house of deadening warsH
Like men of far northI
Who build themselves a safe warm house of deadening iceJ
-
The city has been reunitedK
But we haven't been there togetherF
By now I knowL
That History doesn't repeat itselfA
As I always knew that you wouldn'tM
