You're reaching out	B
Deep into you're mind	C

For that inspiration	D

So you put down your pen onto the paper	A

For that special inspiration to hit	G

It doesn't answer	A
Your desperate call	H
You pick up the pen	I
And place it once more	J
On the paper	A

Hoping	F

For that rare and special inspiration to hit	G
The tiniest of whispers	K
That are supposed to take hold	L

To circle in your head	M
Like a toy train	N
On its little train tracks	O
And on its even tinier wheels	P
But the train of thought never comes	E

You put down the pen	I
In frustration	D
When a whisper of a whisper	A
Steals into your mind	C
Like a thief	Q

Burning everything in its path	R
To make its way to the front	S
