Discipline Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDCDEDFGH

Every day they march in rows like cropsA
Harvested for more welts and blisters on their arms and legsB
The naughty boys and girls march endlesslyC
In ugly grey rags and caps off to make shoesD
They march past grey buildings of miseryC
The sun never shone on the children of naughtinessD
Enduring the blinding painE
A smile never touching their lipsD
They knewF
Deep down they knew they would never get rescuedG
And they would never healH
