Changed Voices Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABA AABA AABA

Last night the seawind was to meA
A metaphor of libertyA
And every wave along the beachB
A starlit music seemed to beA
-
To day the seawind is to meA
A fettered soul that would be freeA
And dumbly striving after speechB
The tides yearn landward painfullyA
-
To morrow how shall sound for meA
The changing voice of wind and seaA
What tidings shall be borne of eachB
What rumour of what mysteryA
