A Descriptive Poem On The Silvery Tay Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAABBBCDEAAAAAAFFAAG GAAAAAHAA

Beautiful silvery TayA
With your landscapes so lovely and gayA
Along each side of your waters to Perth all the wayA
No other river in the world has got scenery more fineB
Only I am told the beautiful RhineB
Near to Wormit Bay it seems very fineB
Where the Railway Bridge is towering above its waters sublimeC
And the beautiful ship MarsD
With her Juvenile TareE
Both lively and gayA
Does carelessly lie By night and by dayA
In the beautiful BayA
Of the silvery TayA
Beautiful beautiful silvery TayA
Thy scenery is enchanting on a fine summer dayA
Near by Balnerino it is beautiful to beholdF
When the trees are in full bloom and the cornfields seems like goldF
And nature's face seems gayA
And the lambkins they do playA
And the humming bee is on the wingG
It is enough to make one singG
While they carelessly do strayA
Along the beautiful banks of the silvery TayA
Beautiful silvery TayA
Rolling smoothly on your wayA
Near by Newport as clear as the dayA
Thy scenery around is charming I'll be boundH
And would make the heart of any one feel light and gay on a fine summer dayA
To view the beautiful scenery along the banks of the silvery TayA
