Anna Borshone: This is my favourite poem; it really speaks for my love of potatoes, especially fried ones. The poetic literature really speaks through olden words, reaching through my heart and pulling out fried potatoes, bleeding mashed ones too. Purely a work of art, I will always hold it in my high-cholesterol heart. <3
