True brother of a company	A

Ballad and story rann and song	B

Trails all about the written page	E
When Time began to rant and rage	E
The measure of her flying feet	F
Made Ireland's heart hegin to beat	F
And Time bade all his candles flare	G
To light a measure here and there	G
And may the thoughts of Ireland brood	H
Upon a measured guietude	H
Nor may I less be counted one	I
With Davis Mangan Ferguson	I
Because to him who ponders well	J
My rhymes more than their rhyming tell	J
Of things discovered in the deep	K
Where only body's laid asleep	K
For the elemental creatures go	L
About my table to and fro	L
That hurry from unmeasured mind	H
To rant and rage in flood and wind	H
Yet he who treads in measured ways	M
May surely barter gaze for gaze	M
Man ever journeys on with them	C

A Druid land a Druid tune	N
While still I may I write for you	O
The love I lived the dream I knew	O
From our birthday until we die	H

And we our singing and our love	P
What measurer Time has lit above	P
And all benighted things that go	L
About my table to and fro	L
Are passing on to where may be	A
In truth's consuming ecstasy	A
No place for love and dream at all	Q
For God goes by with white footfall	Q
