The Folly Of Being Comforted Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCDEEEFFGD HI

One that is ever kind said yesterdayA
'Your well beloved's hair has threads of greyA
And little shadows come about her eyesB
Time can but make it easier to be wiseB
Though now it seems impossible and soC
All that you need is patience 'D
Heart cries 'NoE
I have not a crumb of comfort not a grainE
Time can but make her beauty over againE
Because of that great nobleness of hersF
The fire that stirs about her when she stirsF
Burns but more clearly O she had not these waysG
When all the wild Summer was in her gaze 'D
-
Heart O heart if she'd but turn her headH
You'd know the folly of being comfortedI
