Her Triumph Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACDEDEFGFG

I did the dragon's will until you cameA
Because I had fancied love a casualB
Improvisation or a settled gameA
That followed if I let the kerchief fallC
Those deeds were best that gave the minute wingsD
And heavenly music if they gave it witE
And then you stood among the dragon ringsD
I mocked being crazy but you mastered itE
And broke the chain and set my ankles freeF
Saint George or else a pagan PerseusG
And now we stare astonished at the seaF
And a miraculous strange bird shrieks at usG
