He Remembers Forgotten Beauty Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEFGEAAHHAAII JJAA

When my arms wrap you round I pressA
My heart upon the lovelinessA
That has long faded from the worldB
The jewelled crowns that kings have hurledB
In shadowy pools when armies fledC
The love tales wrought with silken threadC
By dreaming ladies upon clothD
That has made fat the murderous mothD
The roses that of old time wereE
Woven by ladies in their hairF
The dew cold lilies ladies boreG
Through many a sacred corridorE
Where such grey clouds of incense roseA
That only God's eyes did not closeA
For that pale breast and lingering handH
Come from a more dream heavy landH
A more dream heavy hour than thisA
And when you sigh from kiss to kissA
I hear white Beauty sighing tooI
For hours when all must fade like dewI
But flame on flame and deep on deepJ
Throne over throne where in half sleepJ
Their swords upon their iron kneesA
Brood her high lonely mysteriesA
