Half-waking Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDEFEFGHGHAIAI

I thought it was the little bedA
I slept in long agoB
A straight white curtain at the headA
And two smooth knobs belowB
I thought I saw the nursery fireC
And in a chair well knownD
My mother sat and did not tireC
With reading all aloneD
If I should make the slightest soundE
To show that I'm awakeF
She'd rise and lap the blankets roundE
My pillow softly shakeF
Kiss me and turn my face to seeG
The shadows on the wallH
And then sing Rousseau's Dream to meG
Till fast asleep I fallH
But this is not my little bedA
That time is far awayI
With strangers now I live insteadA
From dreary day to dayI
