A Gravestone Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEE

Far from the churchyard dig his graveA
On some green mound beside the waveA
To westward sea and sky aloneB
And sunsets Put a mossy stoneB
With mortal name and date a harpC
And bunch of wild flowers carven sharpC
Then leave it free to winds that blowD
And patient mosses creeping slowD
And wandering wings and footsteps rareE
Of human creature pausing thereE
