| This problem calls for sly discretion | G |
| Ah Something's stirring in the patch | H |
| And Knoll stands ready for the catch | H |
| Take that And Knoll has missed his goal | A |
| The hoe's asunder not the mole | A |
| The tool is mended without fail | A |
| By firmly wedging in a nail | A |
| Again he's lurking grave and bent | B |
