The Song Of Finis Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEBE FBBBBGHG

At the edge of All the AgesA
A Knight sate on his steedB
His armor red and thin with rustC
His soul from sorrow freedB
And he lifted up his visorD
From a face of skin and boneE
And his horse turned head and whinniedB
As the twain stood there aloneE
-
No bird above that steep of timeF
Sang of a livelong questB
No wind breathedB
RestB
Lone for an end cried Knight to steedB
Loosed an eager reinG
Charged with his challenge into spaceH
And quiet did quiet remainG
