The Double Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDAD EFAFGHAH IJKJLMNO

I curtseyed to the dovecoteA
I curtseyed to the wellB
I twirled me round and round aboutA
The morning sweets to smellB
When out I came from spinning soC
Lo betwixt green and blueD
Was the ghost of me a Fairy ChildA
A dancing dancing tooD
-
Nought was of her wearingE
That is the earth's arrayF
Her thistledown feet beat airy fleetA
Yet set no blade astrayF
The gossamer shining dews of JuneG
Showed grey against the greenH
Yet never so much as a bird claw printA
Of footfall to be seenH
-
Fading in the mounting sunI
That image soon did pineJ
Fainter than moonlight thinned the locksK
That shone as clear as mineJ
Vanished Vanished O sad it isL
To spin and spin in vainM
And never to see the ghost of meN
A dancing there againO
