Dreams Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHA

Be gentle O hands of a childA
Be true like a shadowy seaB
In the starry darkness of nightC
Are your eyes to meB
-
But words are shallow and soonD
Dreams fade that the heart once knewE
And youth fades out in the mindF
In the dark eyes tooE
-
What can a tired heart sayG
Which the wise of the world have made dumbH
Save to the lonely dreams of a childA
'Return again come '-
