Brunette Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCCBDDEFFE GGHIIH CCJKKJ LLMNNM

When trees in SpringA
Are blossomingA
My lady wakesB
From dreams whose lightC
Made dark days brightC
For their sweet sakesB
Yet in her eyesD
A shadow liesD
Of bygone mirthE
And still she seemsF
To walk in dreamsF
And not on earthE
-
Some men may holdG
That hair of goldG
Is lovelierH
Than darker sheenI
They have not seenI
My lady s hairH
-
Her eyes are brightC
Her bosom whiteC
As the sea foamJ
On sharp rocks sprayedK
Her mouth is madeK
Of honeycombJ
-
And whoso seeksL
In her dusk cheeksL
May see Love s signM
A blush that glowsN
Like a red roseN
Beneath brown wineM
