Tis the joyous voice of Spring | D |
On the boles of grey old trees | E |
See the flying sunbeams play | F |
Mystic soundless melodies | E |
A fantastic march and gay | F |
But the young leaves hear them hark | G |
How they rustle every one | H |
And the sap beneath the bark | G |
Hearing leaps to meet the sun | H |

There is magic in the air | I |
There is music in the blood | J |
And a glamour draws us on | K |
To the distance rainbow spanned | L |
And the road we tread upon | K |
Is the road to Fairyland | L |

Voice and know the wondrous song | N |
And their ancient pulses beat | M |
To a tune forgotten long | N |
And they talk in whispers low | O |
With a smile and with a sigh | P |
