Be Kind To Yourself Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CCDD EEFG HHII

You are human flawed undoneA
a fragile thread beneath the sunA
Mistakes will carve both small and deepB
and doubts will whisper as you sleepB
-
There will be nights when grief takes holdC
when warmth feels distant hearts grow coldC
Yet laughter waits in fleeting skiesD
and joy still flickers in your eyesD
-
For life is woven dark and brightE
a tapestry of ache and lightE
Through every season pain or cheerF
remember you are worthy hereG
-
So treat yourself with gentle handsH
with patience only love commandsH
Enough you are in storm or songI
a soul resilient fierce and strongI
