Be Kind To Yourself

You are human, flawed, undone,
a fragile thread beneath the sun.
Mistakes will carve, both small and deep,
and doubts will whisper as you sleep.

There will be nights when grief takes hold,
when warmth feels distant, hearts grow cold.
Yet laughter waits in fleeting skies,
and joy still flickers in your eyes.

For life is woven—dark and bright,
a tapestry of ache and light.
Through every season, pain or cheer,
remember: you are worthy here.

So treat yourself with gentle hands,
with patience only love commands.
Enough you are, in storm or song,
a soul resilient, fierce, and strong.
