From the very start, dark clouds loomed above,
Storms and rains unending, shadows I could not move.
Yet one bright day, I never thought I’d see,
The clouds would part, and the sky turn blue for me.

Joy awakened, hope began to rise,
I prayed that moment would never say goodbye.
But fleeting was the light, too fragile to remain,
The storm returned, with endless pouring rain.

Now the flood surrounds, I feel I cannot stand,
Drowning in the weight of what I cannot command.
Still I whisper softly, through the tempest’s roar:
Grant me one more chance, to reach the distant shore.
