| Words never heard which were supposed to be | C |
| Words left unspoken when they had to | D |
| All these words are lingering in my mind | A |
| They ve developed claws and now they are crawling | E |
| They are crawling out of my chest through the oesophagus | F |
| The pain I m feeling is too intense | F |
| Trying to swallow them back but they pierce through with their claws | F |
| The blood I m bleeding is full of words | F |
| Words left unspoken and tears never shed | B |
| My body has had enough | G |
| And my mind is quitting on me | C |
| What do I do when there s no thought left to think | H |
| With no tears left to shed | B |
| The thoughts in my mind have developed into an embryo | I |
| And the words lingering in my mind have turned into birth pangs | F |
| Like a pregnant woman ready to nest her young | J |
| So are the words left unspoken in my mind | A |
| Like stabs of labor | K |
| So are the pain I have to bare | L |
| Of the words left unspoken | M |
| The words flooding in my mind which I had to say | F |
| The words I wish I could say to certain ears | F |
| Words which wakes me up late at night | N |
| Sometimes bring joy and sometimes sorrow to | D |
| Words which were going to give much joy to those who were supposed to hear them | O |
| But like a broken string guitar | P |
| The music is out of pitch and as good as dead | B |
| Those words will remain unsaid in my mind | A |
| The battle the fight | N |
| It reminds me of the cold war | Q |
| The words flooding in like the Hiroshima | R |
| Words echoing like explosions | F |
| The world standing still like it forgot how to orbit | S |
| It s world war z in my small head | B |
| A war between myself of what why and when | T |
| The torture is unbearable | U |
| Like a very hot weather | K |
| No one can dare challenge it | V |
| And these are all words left unspoken | M |
| Words supposed to be heard but never spoken | M |

| Words stabbing me like birth pangs | F |
| Like a woman in labor | K |
| I m ready to give birth to the words left unspoken | M |
| But I have no strength left in me to keep pushing | E |
