Thou Lovest No More. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAC DCDC ECEC ACAC

Too plain alas my doom is spokenA
Nor canst thou veil the sad truth o'erB
Thy heart is changed thy vow is brokenA
Thou lovest no more thou lovest no moreC
-
Tho' kindly still those eyes behold meD
The smile is gone which once they woreC
Tho' fondly still those arms enfold meD
'Tis not the same thou lovest no moreC
-
Too long my dream of bliss believingE
I've thought thee all thou wert beforeC
But now alas there's no deceivingE
'Tis all too plain thou lovest no moreC
-
Oh thou as soon the dead couldst wakenA
As lost affection's life restoreC
Give peace to her that is forsakenA
Or bring back him who loves no moreC
