This World Is All A Fleeting Show. (air.--stevenson.) Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAAB CDCCB EBEEB

This world is all a fleeting showA
For man's illusion givenB
The smiles of joy the tears of woeA
Deceitful shine deceitful flowA
There's nothing true but HeavenB
-
And false the light on glory's plumeC
As fading hues of evenD
And love and hope and beauty's bloomC
Are blossoms gathered for the tombC
There's nothing bright but HeavenB
-
Poor wanderers of a stormy dayE
From wave to wave we're drivenB
And fancy's flash and reason's rayE
Serve but to light the troubled wayE
There's nothing calm but HeavenB
