Odes Of Anacreon - Ode Xl Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEEFFGGHHIIJJ

I know that Heaven hath sent me hereA
To run this mortal life's careerB
The scenes which I have journeyed o'erC
Return no more alas no moreD
And all the path I've yet to goE
I neither know nor ask to knowE
Away then wizard Care nor thinkF
Thy fetters round this soul to linkF
Never can heart that feels with meG
Descend to be a slave to theeG
And oh before the vital thrillH
Which trembles at my heart is stillH
I'll gather Joy's luxuriant flowersI
And gild with bliss my fading hoursI
Bacchus shall bid my winter bloomJ
And Venus dance me to the tombJ
