Act II Scene ii linesA
-
-
A ho A hoB
Love's horn doth blowB
And he will out a hawking goB
His shafts are light as beauty's sighsC
And bright as midnight's brightest eyesC
And round his starry wayD
The swan winged horses of the skiesC
With summer's music in their manesE
Curve their fair necks to zephyr's reinsE
And urge their graceful playD
-
A ho A hoB
Love's horn doth blowB
And he will out a hawking goB
The sparrows flutter round his wristF
The feathery thieves that Venus kissedF
And taught their morning songG
The linnets seek the airy listF
And swallows too small pets of SpringH
Beat back the gale with swifter wingH
And dart and wheel alongG
-
A ho A hoB
Love's horn doth blowB
And he will out a hawking goB
Now woe to every gnat that skipsI
To filch the fruit of ladies' lipsI
His felon blood is shedJ
And woe to flies whose airy shipsI
On beauty cast their anchoring biteK
And bandit wasp that naughty wightK
Whose sting is slaughter redJ
