The Ageing House Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABABABC AAAAAAAAC

When the walls were redA
That now are seenB
To be overspreadA
With a mouldy greenB
A fresh fair headA
Would often leanB
From the sunny casementA
And scan the sceneB
While blithely spoke the wind to the little sycamore treeC
-
But storms have ragedA
Those walls aboutA
And the head has agedA
That once looked outA
And zest is suagedA
And trust is doubtA
And slow effacementA
Is rife throughoutA
While fiercely girds the wind at the long limbed sycamore treeC
