Shelley's Skylark. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEDE FGFG HIHI JBJB KLKL

Somewhere afield here something liesA
In Earth's oblivious eyeless trustB
That moved a poet to propheciesC
A pinch of unseen unguarded dustB
-
The dust of the lark that Shelley heardD
And made immortal through times to beE
Though it only lived like another birdD
And knew not its immortalityE
-
Lived its meek life then one day fellF
A little ball of feather and boneG
And how it perished when piped farewellF
And where it wastes are alike unknownG
-
Maybe it rests in the loam I viewH
Maybe it throbs in a myrtle's greenI
Maybe it sleeps in the coming hueH
Of a grape on the slopes of yon inland sceneI
-
Go find it faeries go and findJ
That tiny pinch of priceless dustB
And bring a casket silver linedJ
And framed of gold that gems encrustB
-
And we will lay it safe thereinK
And consecrate it to endless timeL
For it inspired a bard to winK
Ecstatic heights in thought and rhymeL
