The Primrose Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCDEFCGHII

Ask me why I send you hereA
The firstling of the infant yearB
Ask me why I send to youC
This primrose all bepearled with dewC
I straight will whisper in your earsD
The sweets of love are washed with tearsE
Ask me why this flower doth showF
So yellow green and sickly tooC
Ask me why the stalk is weakG
And bending yet it doth not breakH
I must tell you these discoverI
What doubts and fears are in a loverI
