A Prayer To The Wind Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEEFFGGHHIICC JJKKLLMMCCJJ

Go thou gentle whispering windA
Bear this sigh and if thou findA
Where my cruel fair doth restB
Cast it in her snowy breastB
So enflam'd by my desireC
It may set her heart a fireC
Those sweet kisses thou shalt gainD
Will reward thee for thy painD
Boldly light upon her lipE
There suck odours and thence skipE
To her bosom lastly fallF
Down and wander over allF
Range about those ivory hillsG
From whose every part distillsG
Amber dew there spices growH
There pure streams of nectar flowH
There perfume thyself and bringI
All those sweets upon thy wingI
As thou return'st change by thy powerC
Every weed into a flowerC
Turn each thistle to a vineJ
Make the bramble eglantineJ
For so rich a booty madeK
Do but this and I am paidK
Thou canst with thy powerful blastL
Heat apace and cool as fastL
Thou canst kindle hidden flameM
And again destroy the sameM
Then for pity either stirC
Up the fire of love in herC
That alike both flames may shineJ
Or else quite extinguish mineJ
