Hope Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCDDEE

At summer eve when heaven's aerial bowA
Spans with bright arch the glittering hills belowB
Why to yon mountain turns the musing eyeC
Whose sunbright summit mingles with the skyC
Why do those cliffs of shadowy tint appearD
More sweet than all the landscape smiling nearD
'Tis distance lends enchantment to the viewE
And robes the mountain in its azure hueE
