A Separation's Ease-parchment Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFFGG HIJI KLMNL OPQRS T

Longings I bear for ought I haveA
Wilfully the path of today walked uponB
Fears I had were unclothed of meC
Standing vulnerable naked viz a newbornD
-
Like the frozen peaks that melt by dropE
That drop I am in search of anotherF
The another being you miles afar yet togetherF
Naught in dismay naught in despairG
Just the dear hope trust and eclair affairG
-
Travelled I have through the brookH
That sings its melody immensely sweetI
Its course uncertain and unpredictableJ
brought growth and crucified many a featI
-
Through curtains veils were we disclosedK
To ourselves of past humble morrowL
Memories we created quite a fewM
Imprinted on thine my soul evermoreN
Through patience and faith but nay regretful sorrowL
-
Tarry we cannot nay should be boundO
Of empty promises far off desiresP
But I must confess a truth too harshQ
Fairy tales be false as be pain bereft loveR
'To' being in ourselves' hearts a flame that never grows coldS
