| Its course uncertain and unpredictable | J |

| Imprinted on thine my soul evermore | N |
| Through patience and faith but nay regretful sorrow | L |

| Of empty promises far off desires | P |
| But I must confess a truth too harsh | Q |
| Fairy tales be false as be pain bereft love | R |
