In Heaven Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJDKLMNOPJ

In HeavenA
Some little blades of grassB
Stood before GodC
What did you doD
Then all save one of the little bladesE
Began eagerly to relateF
The merits of their livesG
This one stayed a small way behindH
AshamedI
Presently God saidJ
And what did you doD
The little blade answered Oh my lordK
Memory is bitter to meL
For if I did good deedsM
I know not of themN
Then God in all His splendorO
Arose from His throneP
Oh best little blade of grass He saidJ
