What Is Our Life Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCDAAEE

What is our life The play of passionA
Our mirth The music of divisionA
Our mothers' wombs the tiring houses beB
Where we are dressed for life's short comedyB
The earth the stage Heaven the spectator isC
Who sits and views whosoe'er doth act amissD
The graves which hide us from the scorching sunA
Are like drawn curtains when the play is doneA
Thus playing post we to our latest restE
And then we die in earnest not in jestE
